1-Reservation through the website

1.1. Every customer has the opportunity to reserve a specific car through the website upon payment of a reservation in the amount of € 95euro - 125euro.

1.2. After payment of the reservation Dealer Name will contact the customer to agree on the payment and delivery of the vehicle.

1.3. The sale will be confirmed after viewing the car at the Dealer name facility by signing a sales agreement. The already paid reservation amount of € 95euro -125euro will be deducted from the purchase price.

2-Availability of cars

2.1 Dealer Name cannot guarantee that all cars shown on the website are actually available as there is a real chance that several customers may reserve the same car at the same time.

2.2 In this case Dealer Name will inform the customer within 48 hours from the moment of  booking.

2.3 In the event that a car is not available, and regardless of any confirmation emails sent by Dealer Name to the customer, either party may, without compensation, cancel the transaction and no sale shall be made.

The reservation amount paid by the customer will be refunded by Dealer Name to the customer within 30 days.

 3-Disputes and Applicable Law.

In the event of a dispute about the use of the website and the terms and conditions specified herein, Belgian law shall apply.

Only the courts of City are competent to take cognisance of disputes, subject to provisions of mandatory law or public policy that would refer to another (territorially) competent court (consumer disputes).

 4-Confidentiality and security

Only persons with the appropriate authorization have access to personal data relevant to the performance of their duties. Those persons may only use the data if and to the extent that it is necessary for the performance of their assignment. They are bound by strict professional discretion and compliance with all technical regulations aimed at protecting the confidentiality of personal data and the security of the systems containing it. Dealer Name takes internal technical and organisational measures to prevent (personal) data from falling into the wrong hands.The premises, servers, network, transfers and data are protected according to internal rules.
